Process Service

From across town to arround the country Burton Professional Services can provide Local Service for Washington State and beyond. We have a network of Servers across the state and across the country.

Routine Service in the State of Washington and Northern Oregon.

Service is continuously attempted until we either serve the paper or verify the service address to be invalid. Status reports are avalable 24 hours/day with our online access system or you can call us M-F.

What we require to serve your process:

A Completed BPS Process Service Form for each person / entity you wish to serve.
A Complete set of Documents to be served, plus any originals or copies to be filed as required by your case and court. If serving a summons, we need a copy of the summons to attach to our proof of service for filing with the court.
A check for the service fees, if you're not an established customer.
